This is a character from a game called Street fighter EX. His name is C.
Jack.[Cracker Jack], and hitting fireballs back at opponents is one of
his moves from the game. I have used several characters from this game
over the course of the story. [Blair, Pullum, and Darun are all from
SFEX] as well as people from Street fighter 2, Super Street fighter 2,
and Street fighter Alpha 1+2. Only Ryoga's first opponent was an original
character. Every one else the pair have fought or will fight will be from
the games.
