MGFlash!: part 7: Fire Seishin Found!

"Man Zenata you get all the luck." said one of the men near his
desk in slight disgust.
"Well I try." snorted the man happily as he pulled a copy of the
paper out of one of the stacks and began to read. "It seems the brave and
powerful Ryoga has also been fortunate enough to grace the front page
again with his glorious words." joked the man as his friend arrived.
"Yea, no thanks to you. I almost got myself killed." he grumbled
as he sipped at his coffee.
"Such a whiner, I want to thank you for saving me from myself
last night my friend. If not for you I may have actually gotten better
pictures and had to raise the expectations of the editor on myself."
"Any time." replied Ryoga as he sat down on the side of the desk.
"Lets see what our favorite feminist columnist thought of our
little adventure." said Ryoga as he pulled another paper out of his brief
case. "Oh my, We are chauvinistic pigs who flash photo's of young womens
underwear on the front page, Poor news casting, disgusting rag kept up by
old dinosaurs, blah, blah blah, blah, Oh this is good. Look front page,
Flowers bloom in Kyushu. Isn't that amazing?" said the man with a smug
grin.
"If we aren't careful they might take tasteful photo's of this
modern day update of the opinionated and independent woman and sell more
papers than us." said one of the men near the back.
"How is Kyoko-chan anyway? Its been so long since she had graced
the presence of the 'pigs' with her beauty." said Ryoga with a smile.
"C'mon guys leave her alone. She's just young." said Zenata with
a smile.
"You would think you would have raised your daughter to be more
respectful of her fathers friends." said Ryoga with a grin.
"I don't care what she thinks of you as long as she doesn't date
you." said Zenata with a smug grin.
"I wouldn't dream of it my dear old friend, she's a bit too
spirited for me." snorted Zenata.
"Hey That's my little girl!" cried Zenata playfully.

Tsuki stood with Kasumi at a clothing store Atama was happily
singing to herself badly in a dressing room. She came out in a cute denim
out fit that suited her nicely. "Very nice Atama-chan." said Tsuki with a
smile. Kasumi nodded and smiled.
"You really think so? Its on sale too." she chirped happily.
Kasumi's eyes glazed over at the mere mention of the word 'sale'.
Tsuki smiled at this and grabbed her arm as she began to wander off.
"We'll get there Kasumi-chan have patience." she said with a
smile.

"Well what have we here?" said one of the shoppers as she walked
over to the girls. She was in her early twenties and had long brown hair
that went past her waist. She walked by the group of girls carefully and
smiled. She pulled a camera from her purse moved behind them taking
photo's.
"What have we here?" said Tsuki with a grin, the other girls
continued shopping obliviously. Suddenly the woman stood up straight. She
walked over to a cashier.
"So Tsuki who is this guy we keep seeing yo..." started Kasumi
after a moment.
"Oh shit." muttered Tsuki and she started to run.
"Stop!" Cried several men who had started to close in on them.
"Tsuki you deviant!" cried Kasumi in anger.
"Wow! Tsuki sure is popular with the boys lately. Ever since she
got that boyfriend she's gotten all kinds of dates and presents and...."
said Atama. Kasumi ignored her and stood while the men ran past her and
chased down her friend.
"Come on Atama lets pay for that and go. I don't want to sit
around and answer questions all day." muttered Kasumi as she dragged her
friend off.
Tsuki rounded a corner outside of the store and smiled as the men
didn't follow. "I guess I am just to slick." she said with a small laugh.
"For them maybe, but not me." said a feminine voice from next to
her.
"You little thief. Your the kind of girl that gives teenagers a
bad name." said the woman who stood next to Tsuki.
Tsuki stood relaxed and leaned against the wall she took a small
black object from her pocket and flipped it idly in the air. "Reporter?"
she asked.
"Yes, My name is Kyoko Zenata and I'm doing an under cover story
on shoplifting, and your busted missy." said the woman angrily. as she
reached for Tsuki.
"Don't touch me." said Tsuki calmly.
The woman stopped. "Look you can come with me now or I can send
the police to your house. I've got photo's of you stealing from that
store." said the woman angrily.
"Do you now?" asked Tsuki as she tossed the object at her.
Kyoko gasped as she realized what it was. It was the film for her
camera. "How?"
"How did I get it? I took it out when you were passing our little
group. You don't have any pictures of me and you aren't going to get
any." said Tsuki with a smile.
"Is that a threat?" asked Kyoko with a frown as she stepped back
into a ready position.
"Your weak self defense class wouldn't stand a chance against
someone like me kid. I'm not threatening you it's not my style, I'm just
telling you you've been out maneuvered." said Tsuki as she walked off.
Kyoko just growled and walked away in the opposite direction.
"Kid?! I'm older than she is."

Tsuki sighed in relief as she finally made it home. She wandered
into her room and collapsed on her bed. A knock came at the door and she
groaned and opened it to see Hibiki standing at the door way.
"I hope whatever you took was worth it." he said with a frown.
	"What?" said Tsuki in shock.
"Relax I won't tell anyone I was there." said Hibiki. "I am
disappointed in you though."
"You were following me?!" cried Tsuki angrily.
"Of course its my job to get you into shape for this." he said as
he pointed at her ring.
"What do you know." said Tsuki bitterly.
"I know enough, Why did you do it?" asked the boy.
"Because I can. Isn't that enough?" retorted Tsuki.
"No it isn't, You took the job, now you have to live up to it.
Allot of young people look up to people like you, both real and imagined.
You have to live up to it now." said Hibiki angrily.
Tsuki opened her mouth to speak but Hibiki simply covered it. "I
know what you want to say. Nobody forced you into that outfit you wear at
night just like nobody forced me into mine, You may have felt pressured
but in the end you decided to do it. Don't ruin it with stupid mistakes."

"I don't care." said Tsuki bitterly.
"Maybe you should." said Hibiki with a hint of anger in his eyes
as he left the room.
"Don't act so high and mighty you were like me once." she snorted
as she sat in her bed and lay silently. She wondered why she felt
ashamed.

Hana sat at the kitchen table and drank her afternoon tea calmly.
She looked at the small black cloth bag in her hands and smiled at old
memories. Suddenly a light could be seen through the cloth. "What?" she
said in surprise as she reached in and took out a small ring. The jewel
was shaped like a small flame and glowed bright orange. "The fire Seishin
is near!" she said excitedly. Then a knock came at the door. "Its her."

About a half hour after the argument, Hibiki walked in again.
"What do you want now?" she asked angrily.
"Jeez bite my head off." someone is at the door for you he said.
It seemed he had already forgotten the incident.
"Who?" she said as she got up.

Hana stood at the base of the stairs with a smile on her face.
"Who is it Grandma?" asked Tsuki.
"Why its the new Seishin fire my dear." said the woman as she
held up a glowing ring.
Tsuki looked out the door and almost passed out in shock at who
stood there. "Noooo! God Noooo!" she cried.
TbC....
Boy am I pissing people off this week. First Kodachi appears in
permanent and I cut it off, Then Vega appears in Ranma vs. The world and
I cut it off, and now this. Man am I gonna get allot of C&C threatening
to kill me if I don't continue. Ah well.
You may have noticed Tsuki acting a little different. She is actually
getting along with her friends! Well I just wanted to remind you that
they are friends. Also you may notice this time that Tsuki is supposed to
be a deviant. That's part of her charm I suppose. She is supposed to be
the anti Magical girl. I think I did a pretty good job.
Any guesses on who Seishin fire is?
Ja!
