Several reasons: His mail server ain't working, people are lazy,
or they didn't bother to read it. Could be more.

    And that's why some of us - like me - will quite welcome flames and take
the time to answer stupid questions (haven't had any here yet, happily)
politely, because at least somebody read it...

Excuse me, but I also posted a Tenchi Muyo fanfic (will a partial one anyway) and got no 
reply, so if you look at the fact that I posted one and got response, and then some Ranma 
fics were posted, some good, some bad,  and many of them got replies, in fact people 
started debating about various items which Tybalt eventually banned because they became 
character debates rather than C&C.
