Excellent work, and a worthy successor to "The Party." I especially liked the
Ranma/Nodoka conversation; Ranma trying to confide in her while still having to
filter everything through the "Ranko" identity. This was also one of the best
balanced treatments of Nodoka I've seen, letting her be effective as a mother
while not ignoring her... eccentricities.

Thanks. I found Nodoka to be a tough character to write -- I
haven't seen much of her, and what I have seen wasn't terribly detailed.
Most fics seem to turn her either into some kind of super-Kasumi, or a
Saotome katana-master matriarch. I dunno...she struck me more as some
kinda looney.

The last half or so of the fic was set in a double-justify mode. While this
works great for formats where the spacing between words can be varied
continuously, it looks really odd in plain text, so I'd suggest doing it all in
left-justify next time.

Ah. Sorry, I hadn't realized it'd done that. I'll try and fix it
up for the next post.

Some minor nits: Tendo's indicates something belonging to one Tendo. You
should use Tendos, or Tendos' (the latter indicates something belonging
to more than one Tendo). Also, in one place you wrote "confident" (sure
of oneself) when you meant "confidant" (trusted person).

Gah. Can't believe I let those slip by. Thanks.

One more thing, HURRY UP WITH THE NEXT ONE! :-)

Yessir! I've started it actually -- I think I've pretty much
decided to just stick it on as the second half of Part Two. Can't promise
a date, though -- with limited computer access, writing is proving quite
hard...
But thanks for the comments, and I'll try and get it done by...
the end of the summer?

Oh, and BTW, have you released any new chapters to Heart and
Minds? The preludes are done -- where's the main story?

	Later!
