Its hard to say. I got the idea from an episode of the New Twilight Zone

in which a 

womanizer turns into a cat during the day. He victimizes a young woman and

in the end she 

gets her revenge by taking him to the SPCA to be fixed.

Hmm... personally I'd think it would be better to see the story behind
P-Chan getting fixed. It causes one to wonder just how far he'd go with his
masquerade...

What if P-Chan and Neko-Shampoo ended up at the same vet. They could team
up together to escape, help each other get hot water to change back, and then work
together to plan their revenge.
