ok, since you guys decided this was a logical and valid debate allow me to
throw my hat in the ring....
Case in point: Ranma is a full fledged female
Result:
a) male ego gets crushed
b)hormonal imbalance (try having to live your life with changing cromosomes
and suddenly take away the other one)
c)mental instability ( remember, no chifuuton nuff said!)

Based on the following results I could say this:
1. Ranma will probably have a personality disorder. (identity crisis, etc./
this might become  a basis for the "Ranma becomes a lesbian" theory)
2.Ranma will probably be suicidal due to mental instability. (point for
Nick)
3.Ranma will probably reject emotional attachments. (not the other way
around, point for Gary.)
4.Ranma may or may not adjust to this new status, this depends on how much
self worth he has left.
