Yes, there are some 'Original' anime style fics out there. They don't
use existing characters or settings, but have the same flavor as other
anime shows (big eyed women and all :)

RAAC archives probably have some, but to tell you the truth, with
reading Ranma/EVA/ect fanfics AND writing Ranma/EVA fics...I don't have
much time for original flavor (I'm also behind on my novel reading).
