A couple of comments...if I can stop blowing my nose.
1. Damn! Nick, that's one heck of a fic. Probably the best Ranma � fic I've
read all year. I even cried in parts of it, especially after Kuno talks to
Ranma-chan after the spat she as with her mother. Kuno not being an idiot?
THAT'S a first.
2. While I do respect your unwillingness to do a prequel as Gary asks, I'd
really like to see you do a side-story showing Nodoka, Akane, Ryouga, and
heck even Kasumi's side of the story even more, just during the time
Ranma-chan's in the mental ward.
3. I agree with everyone else that I loved the fact that Kuno isn't just
one stupid punching bag. I also like the fact he gets over his grandeur
delusions.
4. One thing I would have suggested to improve your story slightly is this:
Japanese psychologist is a rather new (and booming) field in Japan. I have
a Japanese friend of mine here in KC that's getting a Masters degree in
Psych. According to him, through, Japanese are still wary of opening up to
a quack, especially men. I think you could possibly added that tension in
your story. Just a thought.
5. Finally, I'd wish I could write my stories one-fourth as good as yours
is, Nick. Then again, you've probably read my stories I've feebly put up
here.
