The following is a List for mIRC channels concerning Anime that I know
of.....

The server these channels are on is /server nabiki.tasam.com

#Ranmania- A channel for pro gamers that involves the ranma 1/2 crew,
inquire to an OP if you wish to participate.  (In Channel Approval is
optional.... Thus eliminating the e-mail mandate.)

#Fanfiction- A Channel that is just starting out and has very few
regulars..... is a place to discuss and trade Anime Fanfiction. (No
Approval Required)

#RanmaRPG- A channel for gamers of different speeds that involves ranma
1/2 and varying other series, you must e-mail before participating.
(Mandatory)

#EldaeaRPG- A Fantasy Role playing Channel that is based in an original
world setting.  (In Channel Approval optional... Thus Eliminating the
E-mail mandate.)

#Anime- A Channel to Discuss Anime and it's many facets, multiple
series, etc.
