This is Part 4 Revision 1. Deantagonized version with a few changes and 
additions including grammar and spelling improvements. Ryoga paragraphs 
haven't changed much though, only for readability.

Looks a lot better this time around without the excessive antagonism. :)

Akane continued to stalk forwards. "Laying on the flattery's not going 
to work, Ranma-" But as she looked at Ranma's big blue eye's start to 
glisten moisture within that panic-stricken, exquisite face, her legs
strangely began to slow. It was like she was walking in thick mud. A 
feeling of confusion hit her as she began to get a sweet, sickening 
sensation within the pit of her stomach. It just felt so wrong to get 
angry at someone who looked like 'that'. She stopped approaching and 
lowered the massive book. "Oh, Ranma! I'm so sorry for losing my temper 
like that! Will you ever forgive me?" Where did that come from? The 
words just ripped right out of her mouth!

Ahh, finally Ranma-chan is using her body to her advantage. :) Only makes
sense that way actually, with a body like that it should work to her
advantage and not her disadvantage (as it was in the previous version of
this part).

Ranma grinned, relieved. "Phew! Worked like a charm!"

The door suddenly opened and a book came flying out to bounce off her 
head.

"I heard that!"

...Well, Ranma had to slip up sometime.

"I said I was sorry! What more do you want me to do?"

Nabiki told her.

"But that, that's disgusting! I won't do it!" Ranma said, blushing.

What did Nabiki do, ask her for sex? :)

"Hey! I draw the line at wearing a bra! I'm a guy, damn it and no one 
better forget it. Even if I do look like this." She smirked at Akanes 
red face. "Besides, what are you so worried about? Afraid you might 
reveal your secret fantasies? Do you like this bod, Akane?" She lifted 
her arms to place her hands behind her head, arching her eyebrows and 
striking a pose. She flashed her long, dark-brown eyelashes for 
emphasis before closing her eyes and looking like a professional model.

^_^ That paragraph was great! :) Its the kind of thing that exploits the
strengths of your plot idea. It's even more priceless when Ranma does it
to a girl. :)

"W-what?!" Akane spluttered, her eyes widening. More blood rushed to her
face. The room was definitely getting too warm. She couldn't decide 
whether to be angry, embarrassed, or just plain mortified. "I, I, I, ... 
arghhhhhhhhhhh!" she screamed, running forward maniacally.

I'm reminded of a fic idea I saw somewhere (and which was used in several
fanfics): What if Akane were a lesbian?

Well again, this part looks a lot better. One potentially interesting
thing to see would be Kasumi reacting to Ranma-chan as she does to
Shampoo-kun (in D.B.Sommer's "Shampoo 1/2"). Maybe not to the point of
constantly splashing Ranma-chan and making it look like an "accident"
(besides Nabiki's doing a pretty good job of it by herself) but that
doesn't mean Kasumi can't try to come on to Ranma-chan or something. :)

I can't wait to see Shampoo's arrival. :)

BTW about the Ryouga scene where the villagers were throwing rocks at him.
The villagers seemed excessively stupid there - they were supposed to be
trying to warn him about the approaching boar, not stone him to death.
