Let me start off by saying thank you to all the people who responded to my
query.   Many of the responses I received were very insightful.   

Now for the results. 

Drum Roll Please........

The winners for Most OOC portrayals:

1. Saint Ukyo.  Surprising me most of all was the fact that Ukyo fans don't
even seem to like the one dimensional portrayal of our dear U-Chan.

2. Akane the Psychopath.  Maybe she should sue for defamation of character.  

These two were real close.  Virtually all responses mentioned these two.  

3. Satan has a name and it is Cologne.  

4. Shampoo the bimbo.  "Shampoo no stupid.  She know talking in third person
make her irresistible to boys.  You just jealous."

5. Nabiki the Tycoon.  As one person so eloquently put it, "This is Nabikis
world and the rest of us are just along for the ride."  Must have the same PR
agent as Ukyo.

6. Moose + 100/70 vision = idiot.

7. Moose +20/20 vision= God of Fighting.  Ranma, Taro, Herb, Saffron move
over.  Moose has entered the building.

8.  Ukyo.  Best bud to Ranma.  Closest confidant to Ranma who he shares all
his deepest darkest secrets.  Hey, she is cheaper than a therapist.

9.  Ryoga can get lost in other worlds, dimensions, or realities.  Yes but
think of all the air fare he saves.

10. Kasumi.  A genius who manipulates the world with a mask of innocence.


And here are some of the less common responses I received.

1. Ranma and Akane loving each other.  
2. Ranma being a better fighter than Mouse or Ryoga.
3. Dr. Tofu always irrational around Kasumi.

Hmmmm.  Must have missed something the first time I read the series. ^_^

Anyway, let me once again say thanks to all that responded.  It has come to my
attention that I have broken a FAQ rule by doing this.  Since I have promised
to post these results I am doing so now.  Also since I read most of the
fanfics through my brothers account I will self exile myself from the list for
a couple of weeks.^_^;    

Hopefully there will be many more fanfics to read when I come back.
