As always, a most excellent installment.  One minor quibble, though, 
where things got a bit confusing:

(This is just after the hillarious Ranma-chan/Nabiki scene)

    "Mmmm?"
    "I'm sorry I threw you in the pond.  I, um ... overreacted."
 Ranma-chan looked surprised by this admission, then cocked her
 head.
    "Why were you so mad, anyway?"  Akane blinked.
    "What do you mean?  You were flirting!"  Ranma-chan snorted.
    "Oh, come on, Akane.  She was flirting with *me*!"

By placing the reactions in the same 'graph as the quote that produced 
them, it made it a little unclear as to who was speaking when.  Try it 
like this:

  ****

    "Mmmm?"
    "I'm sorry I threw you in the pond.  I, um ... overreacted."   
    Ranma-chan looked surprised by this admission, then cocked her  
head.  "Why were you so mad, anyway?"
    Akane blinked.  "What do you mean?  You were flirting!"
    Ranma-chan snorted.  "Oh, come on, Akane.  She was flirting with 
*me*!"

  ****

  By placing the non-verbal reaction with the quoted response, you would 
make things a lot clearer.  You see?

  Again, other than that one minor point, this was absolutely fantastic.
