The RAAC archive contains all of it that was released to the public 
before the tragic demise of my hard drive.  (And I am _very_ glad I 
sent it to the RAAC since otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get 
any of it back)  When I return to it, the subsequent parts will be 
released on the ffml and then the RAAC.  Sorry, but I can't offer
more than that.
