Hi all ^_^

*shrug*  I vaguely remember one of the cosplayers ripping open her blouse during 
one of the skits.  I remember thinking, if this is how they go about getting attention, 
this does not bode well for Generation X... ^^;;

I missed that one. ^_^;; But come on, Damoo :) Give Generation NeXt a
chance or some credit. ^_- 

Go for it!  Minna No Anime(CalPolys anime club) might be doing one as
well.  We've got the gear.  We've got the LDs.  We just need the time. 
^^;

Quick question... is CalPoly's Anime Club open to other CSU students?
*grin* My campuses Anime club(s) are kinda at odds with one another,
so little/no progress is happening there...

I need the video equipment, though.  I managed to find this cutesy, really annoying 
Animaniacs MP3 on the web.  It's a parody of another song which people seem to 
love to hate, so either they'll really like it (if I manage to get the video done, that is), 
or they'll throttle me.  ^^;;;

There was a rather... *ahem* appropriate woman dressed up as Naga from
Slayers working the ADV booth.  I'll leave the rest to your
imagination.  

She was umm... ^_^; Well dressed?

Now that I think about it, another noteworthy Cosplayer was Ikari
Gendo.  He had the glasses, the stare, *everything.*  Scary... 

That guy IS scary. I saw him on the second level overlooking the
fountain and he just stands there, looking out over the area like the
REAL Gendou in the series. *grins* Now if there were only a giant
angelic Rei...... ^_^

Don't recognize the character, or the anime he's from, sorry...

Gendou Ikari: Chief commander of the Nerv Defense force created to
protect humanity against Angels. He is also involved in the
Instrumentality of Man project which is also tied in with the Angels.
He is father to Shinji Ikari, who is the pilot of Eva-01. He is in
general a bad father and treats his son poorly, though for less than
obvious reasons. {You have to watch End of Evangelion to know why.}

He has a tendency to just stand there or sit there and say little
aside from brood, stare, push his glasses up, look like a rock, let
birds perch on him, etc... he does the least in the entire series.

The Series: Neon Genesis Evanglion. A story of a world in the near
future where mankind is confronted with a new enemy, dubbed Angels.
Each angel is given the name of one of the holy angels and each Angel
can only be defeated by one with similar powers. Hence mankind has
brought about Nerv, in an attempt to stop the Angels. Nerv created the
Eva's. Mobile suits which are partially manmade... partially revived
Angels. 

^_^;; Okay, I've been watching the series WAY too much. :) Just
waiting for End of Evangelion... Heehee....
