Anand Rao was waiting for me in the lobby of the Quality Inn, where we had

reserved 

a room for Thursday night.  We chatted for a bit, I dropped off my stuff

in the room, 

Actually, I was on my way back to the room after pre-regging.  
It was a remarkable coincidence that you showed up at the same time.  ^_^ 

we chatted a bit more, hiked down to a coffee shop a couple of blocks up

the street, 

then he proceeded to expound on most of his life story (I'm kidding ;)

culminating in 

Hey now...  I save my life story to torture  people on FFIRC and
KawaiiMUCK... 

his departure from the net.  He moved out of his parents' house, but he'll

be getting a 

computer in about two weeks, he says.

I may need to push that date back a bit ^^;;

I didn't make it to opening ceremonies.  After Anand and I moved to the

Hilton, and 

after I had introduced him to my home brew special -- tangerine brandy

cordial -- I 

That cordial was great!  It was fantastic way to kick off AX.  
You should have brought it to the FFML dinner.  

Also in the group were Anand and his roommates.  One of them...Justin?...I

think 

that was his name...was the one who was bragging about his new ADSL line.

Yes, Justin is REALLY in technology, home theater equipment, computers,
etc... 
He's more a Star Trek/ Star Wars fan than anything else, but 
even he had to admit that ADV's Naga was one really, really, REALLY 
beatiful woman.  And I think he was getting ready to propose to 
Anime Pavilion's Skuld too.  ^_^

Yep, I crashed a little after 8 PM Friday night.  I think I was really

tired or 

something...  @_@

Yeah, you missed all the fun at the dance...  It took them a 
while to get the music going, and once they did, they seemed to change 
the song every 30 seconds or so.  

Trisha Sebastian, aka Foxtrot the Furryous.  She nearly died laughing when

I told her 

waitaminute....  Trisha is Foxtrot? O_O  news to me... 

Huh?  Whatsis?

Poor Damon, if you didn't see her, you missed out on one of the
best parts of the Con.  ^_^
