Umm, I'm looking for a really strange fic.  It was a crossover between 
Sailor Moon and S.M. Stirling's "Dominion of Draka" series.

Despite the seeming insanity of the premise, I'm told Stirling himself 
pronounced it "interesting".  I'm sure I've read parts of this fic 
before, but at the time I had no idea whom these Draka people were and 
gave up on it.

Anyway, I haven't a clue as to the title, nor who the author is.  If 
someone could tell me one of those two things, plus a direction to where 
the fic might be archived, I'd be grateful.
