Well, not really, since Ukyou and Ryouga never actually appear in the story.
We don't see any of their real actions, only Ranma's (and Akane's) memories
of them.  It seems perfectly sensible under the circumstances that Ranma
and Akane, stuck in an unhappy marriage, might tend to idealise Ukyou and
Ryouga, respectively.  (Actually, I rather like the symmetry of the situation,
since, in the source material, Ukyou and Ryouga tend to idealise Ranma and
Akane, respectively.)
