Hello there, had this idea for a SM fanfic.
Would like any comments on it, also whether I should continue or not.
I am still working on Chap. 2 of my Ranma/Iczer Crossover "A New Fiance".
Sorry its taking so long, thanks to everybody who sent responses and C&C.

I do this for fun with no intention of profiting from it.

Hello there Exec., here I am, yet another successful mission accomplished
by Ball. Sorry to have to tell you that I survived another of these stupid
inter-universal scout missions completely intact.
I tell you, if it wasn't for my defense screens and incredible reflexes I
would be a crater in the middle of Tokyo. The Jump ended more than 2000
feet in the air, with a terminal velocity of mach 2. I hate scientists who
don't know what they're doing.
Somehow I just know that you were responsible for transfering me from
galactic espionage and political manipulation to inter-univ. test package.
Some people just can't take a joke. By the way, I also downloaded a worm
program into the security computer that should be rearing its ugly little head
about now. I got some help from a little cutey named Mercury. Enjoy.
Well it seems that its time for me to go on my next mission, see you soon.
P.S. - I got our son a gift from Sailor Moon, don't let him open it until his
birthday. Love, your ex, Ball.
End Report.
Chapter One.
Shortly after 2 A.M. on a cool Thursday night, a small hole in the fabric of
the Universe tore open. High above the city of Tokyo a round metallic sphere
shot through the hole at high speed creating a large booming noise as the
sphere broke the sound barrier. Mere seconds later the sphere began to slow
and then came to a stop, hovering over Tokyo its metal shining like silver.
Withen the sphere scanners activated and probed the city below and the near
horizon, reaching up into space. Data began to organize itself into complex
patterns as the sphere analyzed the world it was in.
"Jeez, what a primitive dirtball of a planet." Ball.
"Lets see now, what have we got here. Hydrocarbon poisoning of the air, damaged ozone layer, large traces of radioactive poisons from above ground fission blasts, definite signs of overpopulation, no central planetary government, and Cable with less than 5000 channels. What a dump." Ball.
"This world sure isn't a threat, I doubt if it can survive on its own much less give us any trouble. Oh well, better do a complete spectrum scan first. Then home I go." Ball.
Placing all secondary systems on standbye, Ball began a full scan of the spectrum. After going through the electromagnetic, gravimetric, hyperspacial, psionic, and ehteric. Ball began the magic spectrum.
"Holy crap, look at that magic reading. There is more magic mana coming from Tokyo than from all the Blockade Worlds combined! This can be
serious." Ball.
"Also I am reading numerous rips in the dimensional barriers as well as chronotron particles from multiple time travel intersecs. Even signs of TimeLoops and TimeParadoxs. Most come from about 1000 years in the
future." Ball.
"Time for the great Ball to do his stuff. Heh Heh, looks like I'm going
to finally have some fun. Watch out world, here I come." Ball.
Dropping through the air to the ground, Ball guided himself to a nearby
park with trees and a large lake. Reaching the lake, Ball plunged down
to the bottom. Then he reached out and connected to nearby telephone
and satellite communications systems and began his search for data.
After a week of collecting data and scanning nearby buildings, Ball had
a good idea of the world he was in. The current object of his search was
information on a mysterious group of girls called the Sailor Scouts.
As soon as he could target one of the Scouts he would observe and trace
all movements and patterns. With this data he would find all the other
Scouts and learn whether they would be a future threat to his universe.
All Ball needed was one clue to the identity of a Scout. Patience and time
were old friends of his. He would succeed in his mission. Even if it meant
hunting down and terminating the Scouts, one after another.
