To my knowledge Akane has broken off the engagement with Ranma quite a
few times.  (Uncertain how many)
Has she ever actually said anything like 'The engagement is back on'?
I need this for a future fic, if anyone can help.

AFAIK, neither the anime or manga has shown such a
scene. Whenever Ranma and Akane do 'break up' Ranma
goes along until what caused the 'break up' is
resolved and they go on back to being engaged with
formal words being spoken.
