Phillip Masters wrote the story about the Operative and Achika.
My recent two stories were 
1. "Exile 10: Daughter of Darkness"
2. Legacy of Tears: Book 1: Sorrow of a Happy Day. Chapter 1: Those Whom Time Forgot


The first one is a remake of the second movie following the Exile continuity and includes 
all the characters (minus one who makes her appearance later in the story in this 
version) from TM2.

The second features no characters from Tenchi Muyo, however, it is a Tenchi Muyo 
fanfiction because while no one from Tenchi Muyo is in it, it does feature the relatives 
of a character from the series.
