Not that I'm aware of, but the timeframe works fairly well - SMob begins
within 10 years of the start of BGC. Was the Quanto Quake caused by Nemesis?

The idea of ParanormaI Investigators (a new abbr for P.I.) in MegaTokyo
using powered armor and seems like a good one... well, looking at it from
S.M's own Cyberpunk like background. Perhaps an even more underfunded
devision of ADPolice?
