I'm getting ready to submit a fic to the RAAC, when my braincells die on a
few facts, and the Command's net server is down (I'll never know why the
military has two different servers for email and the net), so I can't yank
the FAQ.  I'll be mailing it to their addy, since we don't have usenet
capability.

Therefore, if I could get the following questions answered (by private
mail, or course) I'd be appreciative.

1.  For submission of large fics, does RAAC prefer the whole monster at
once (1.7 megs) or by piece/chapter?

2.  Which encryption fornat do they prefer (UUEncode, Mime, etc.)
