I realize it's very politicaly inccorect in this day and age, but would not
the Taming of the Shrew be a perfect crossover if you are going to do a
Ranma/Shakespeare cross.

Except of course that a Ranma version of TOTS would end with a docile
Ranma saying "Yes, dear.".  Call it "The Taming Of The Baka".  

Of course one proplem is that Kate is the oldest sister, who's younger
sister can not marry till she does, but there should be some way around it.
Maybe no one wants to marry the two older girls, Take over the household,
and get Kate in the bargain, so they will wait until the violent and
disruptive younger one is safely married, and out of there.

No, that's not a problem, just change Akane's age.  The whole point of 
fusions is that you get to borrow from both sources.
