Now this is the reason for Tybalt and WW are considering banning story
ideas! If people put an ounce of intelligent thought into them before
putting them up in the first place I doubt that there would be any
problem. 

If a person put's them onto the list, at least write a paragraph or a
scene that goes with the idea, show that this is an actual idea that has
merrit, is worthy to be written and is not just a waste of bandwidth
