Hi all.  This is something that I just had to get off my chest.  If people
like it, I'll continue it in between my other projects.

Some notes: I hope I got the type of martial arts Chun Li right.  If I
didn't, then tell me and I'll change it.  Also, in terms of which Chun Li
I'm using (ie. SF, SF Alpha, SF the Movie, SF V, etc.) I'm borrowing bits
and peices from several areas, so those of you who think 'That's not right!
 She never could do that in [insert SF version of your choice]!'  take it
easy.

Street Fighter is owned by Capcom, and Ranma is owned by Rumiko Takashi.

Chapter 1:

     "It's confirmed.  Our agents have located a monitor cyborg in Tokyo."
A young man with dirty blond hair handed a file to an older brown haired
man.
     "Do we know who it's monitoring?" asked the older man.
     "We're not sure.  We count at least nine martial artists of exceptional
ability in the area.  It could be any one of them."
     "Who are the most likely targets?"
     The blond took out three folders and laid them down on the desk.  He
opened the first one, which contained a picture of Cologne serving a customer
at the Nekohanten.  "The first and potentially most dangerous target is a
Chinese Amazon elder name Ku Lon.  According to reports, she is the most
powerful martial artist on record.  If she were turned by Shadowlaw, it
could be the worst disaster that InterPol has seen to date."
     He opened the second folder.  It showed an old diminitive figure taking
a pair of bras off a hanger.  "The second is an old man named Happosai.
He is the founder of the Anything Goes School of Martial Arts, and his skills
are considered equal or even superior to Ku Lon's, but is easily distracted 
by women's unmentionables.  Due to his lack of mental stability, he is 
considered less a threat, but by no means is he not dangerous."
     The third folder contained two pictures.  One was of a Japanese boy,
about sixteen, stepping on Kuno on the way to school.  The second was of a
European girl with red hair, walking alone with a sullen look on her face,
sporting a large, palm-sized bruise.  "This is Ranma Saotome, heir to the
Anything Goes School of Martial Arts."
     "Who's the girl?"
     "The girl is also Ranma."
     "He's a crossdresser?"
     "No.  According to our agents, he and his father visited an ancient
training ground in China called Jusenkyo.  While there, Ranma was cursed, and
now he turns into a girl when splashed with cold water.  Hot water changes
him back into a boy.  He is an exceptionally skilled martial artist, who's
school has trained him to adapt to any combat situation.  While lower on
the list, we think he is the prime target.  He's young, impressionable, and
his skills are powerful enough to attract notice, yet not so powerful as to
make him too difficult to control."
     "Recommendations?"
     "We need a martial artists agent in the area as soon as possible.
We need to gauge his skills and get to know his personality.  If possible,
we may want to recruit him to keep him out of Shadowlaw's hands, if nothing
else."
     The old man sat back in his plush chair, thinking.  The younger man
waited.
     "Sir?" he asked.
     The old man grunted.  "Before we send an agent, is their anything else
we need to know?"
     "Uh...the inhabitants of the Nerima Ward, where all the martial artists
reside, seem to show a large amount of indifference.  Property damage in
the thousands of dollars is reported weekly, but they either don't notice,
or don't care."
     "I know just the agent."

     Hinako-sensei glared the class into silence before making her
announcement.  "Class, I'd like to welcome a new student to Furinken High.
She's just come from Hong Kong, where she studies Shaolin-Kung Fu with her
father."
     A young chinese girl entered.  She had black hair, which was done up
in two buns on either side of her head.  The buns themselves were encased
in white cloth.  She turned to the class and bowed.
     "Hello, my name is Chun Li."
