have Tybalt to rein us in (and a great job he does, too).

Look, really, there's a simple solution to all of this.  I know at least
-SOME- mailing-list programs (possibly... listar? I'm not sure) have a
feature to filter out mail that is X% quotage, or only X lines of text.
If White Wolf could install this (perhaps? not possible? I dunno, it's
really just a suggestion), then one line 
'what if Ranma were a Clydesdale' 

or 

'why doesn't someone write a story with Ranma Lum Shinji and a donkey'

would be slightly more easily filtered.
