Yes. Erection and even orgasm are not strictly completely voluntary reflexes.
I'm told it can often be even more psychologically devastating to the guy
than many women for various reasons. And juries often have the misconception
that you have above - which can make convictions difficult. It's 
comparatively rare - but does happen. And Ryouga's reaction to the event
is quite inside the realm of possibility as well.
