Thank you to everyone who helped me out; I've now decided that (1) the Magic
Knights can't fit in except as a cameo appearance; (2) I still don't know
what Ami's father looks like, so if anyone knows more than just "he's an
artist" it would be helpful (according to Ken Arromdee's Sailor Moon FAQ, he
is shown in ep. 151, but Tim Williams wrote back to me and said he watched
the episode on fast forward and didn't see him shown at all); and (3)
Ryoga's family tree has been figured out.  So the only information I still
need, if it even exists, is on Sailor Mercury's father.  Again, thank you.
