Why would he want to be able to kill somebody with slightest thought or
explode things and and fly? This isn't Ranma we know. He's OOC.
If he ever had to learn any of deadly tricks, it would be only if necessary
(like that twister- forgot the name, sorry ^_^;;).
I think you'd better fix something around in the fic of yours...
