This is really a variation of the old "are the curses passed on to the
next generation" question. If they aren't, then only the mother becomes
cursed. If they are, then the child MIGHT be cursed also. I can't
think of a reason why the curse would bypass the mother.
As a side note, if the curses aren't passed on, then pregancy becomes
very hazardous for a cursed woman. Suppose Shampoo is pregnant and gets
splashed with water. She changes into a cat, but her baby stays
human...
