Good side: The writing's fairly tight; no terrible stylistic mistakes.
Fairly good job showing us the scene, and running through events.

Bad side:

   1. This plot (Ranma and Ryouga fight, Ryouga rapes Ranma, Ryouga flees,
Ranma/Ryouga's kid shows up for revenge) has been done before. A lot.
In fact, it's been done so often that Nick Liefker parodied it in
    Black Lemonade.

Just once I'd like to see Taro or even Kuno do it instead or (heavy
panting) Kodachi. Why does Ryoga always have to be the rapist? Counter
stereotyping just because he's the least likely of all the characters to
commit rape?

   2. Despite the fact that it's been done before, the premise is riddled
with flaws. First: after the first few volumes, Ranma and Ryouga
Settle down into a friendly rivalry. Second: you have Ryouga beat
Ranma 'fairly' (no new technique, etc) which isn't terribly likely.

Yeah but he did give Ryouga lucky breaks. That's odd of course since
Ranma is the one who normally gets the breaks, but it's not totally
unbelievable. I thought the fight scene was rather quite well written.

Third: even assuming Ryouga is scummy enough to rape someone, he's
repeatedly shown disgust at the thought of intimate contact with
Ranma, to the point of fleeing screaming in disgust after she kisses
    him.

I don't think it's totally unreasonable. Rape has a great deal to do
with establishing dominance. While he might find a Ranma trying to
seduce him (or pretending to) to be repellent, a helpless Ranma in
female form might push totally different buttons. However I have
trouble with that Ryouga going on to become a loving husband to Akari.

Fourth: Ranma would hunt him down himself, not wait seventeen
years for his kid to grow up.

Ranma is doubtless dead, having committed seppuku. Pregnancy is not
manly. Which would also explain why Ryanko thinks of Ranma as her
mother rather than her father since a living Ranma would insist on
having the daughter he gave birth call him "Father" even if he was left
a bitter, broken man by his rape.

Fifth: Sorry, but I find it hard to
believe that a 16 year old girl is stronger than a 33 year old Ryouga.

I have a problem with that as well, although she'd be stronger than
Ranma was, thanks to the Hibiki legacy. But stronger than Ryoga? Not
bloody likely. Not unless her build was one that could never be
mistaken for Ranma's female form.

Logically, when Ryanko takes on dear old dad, the natural result would
be that Ryoga ties his daughter into a very decorative bow. He'd be
more experienced and stronger. Of course that would be an interesting
way to take the story that you don't see in these vengeance fics. What
if the vengeance seeker just loses? How does Ryoga deal with that?
Kill his daughter? Spend all of his time looking over his shoulder for
the rematch? Does Ryanko kill Akari when she realises she can't beat
Ryoga? Or does she catch a clue and bring a squirt gun? What if Ryoga
feels so guilty about what he did that he just surrenders if she'll
spare Akari? Of course it would be interesting if Ryoga had a kid of
his own determined to defend his father from his sister.

   3. Why does everyone seeking to avenge their father wear a black cloak?
    Is it a fashion statement?

Nobody respects them when they wear chicken suits. Hmmm... Could be
a gimmick for "Thy Sideways Cream Pie".

There is one other issue. Even Ryoga has trouble accidentally finding
his way to China. Putting that aside, how did Ryanko find him so
easily? Even if she doesn't have the Hibiki sense of direction,
following Ryoga is no easy task, particularly without being noticed.
