I had a strange and frightening dream last night.  You know the show 'Fraiser'
(for those of you who don't, its a sitcom about a Talk Radio Phone in Shrink).
I had a dream in which he was broadcasting from Japan, and a bunch of anime
wierdo's called in for advice.  

I was just now remembering it, and I thought.  "HEY!  That's almost an Idea!"
I was just wondering if anyone had tried this before, and if it would be
worthwhile to try to persue this as an interesting premise.

Tell me what you think, if it's a good idea, if sucks, if it's been done
before, etc.  Please reply by Private E-mail, not posts to the ml.  Any
possible story ideas, sparks of creative endoevour, e-mail mallets to tell me
