heh, well I saw this listy thingy here and I just felt like I would
have to add in my two cents as well.
1. Ranked by strength
brute force strength I assume.
a) Ryoga Ryoga
b) Patricia Patricia
c) Ranma Ranma
d) Shampoo Shampoo (almost equal with ranma)
e) Ukyo Mousse (also almost equal with ranma)
f) Genma Genma
g) Mousse Kuno
h) Kuno Akane
i) Akane Ukyou
j) Kodachi Kodachi
here I think I would disagree a bit
the major ones being ukyou's strength. She is never portrayed as all
that strong. While on the other hand genma and mousse have both been
known to go head to head with ranma in strength contests as well as
cause equivilent property damage. Kuno (in the earlyer parts) is
recognized for being particularly strong and I belive has an edge on
akane. She is portrayed as very strong as well and thats why I put
her above ukyou. kodachi :) well she doesnt appear all that much so
its hard to say realy.

I had some majorly differnt opinions than you here. Ill tell you
why. If you watch mouse fight he is much faster than ryouga and
almost as fast as male ranma. He can easily, and on many occations
duplicates and surpasses kunos boken strikes and if the fist of the
white swan means anything to you(too fast to be seen) then you start
to get where Im coming from. Kodatchi's one main abilty is in speed,
again see the strike of a 1000 clubs and other varios technicqus she
uses, although thats about all she has going for her. Shampoo is
pretty darn quick, and I would say very fast, in my opinion faster
than ryouga. A judgement call I will admit, though I would point out
the speed she swings her bonbori around at for proof, (also proof for
her strength levels :) Thats also where I would put patricia as this
is considerably faster than normal humans while still manageing to
see the limbs moveing while they fight. Then comes ryouga and after
him Ukyou and Genma. Though they arnt slouches They dont have the
same kind of speed that the others in the series have. (incidendly
why didnt you include soun on thease lists? he is a pretty good
fighter too) After them come kuno and the worlds slowest (in nerema
anyway) martial artist akane. :)
3. Ranked by endurance/ability to take damage:
a) Ryoga Ryoga
b) Ranma Mousse (for shampoo) Patricia
c) Patricia Ranma
d) Shampoo Kuno
e) Ukyo Mousse
f) Mousse Shampoo
g) Genma Genma
h) Kuno Ukyou
i) Kodachi Akane
j) Akane Kodachi
for one thing when mousse is taking it for shampoo, hell get up after
20 mac trucks but thats the exeption not the rule. I would rank
almost every gargoyle over ranma despite his endurance Gargoyles are
made tough, ranmas just trained to be. Then I would put kuno, true
hes not very impressive as a fighter but as a side effect hes got a
great recover rate and its gotten better as the world progreess, see
the second movie as evidence. went through that wall how many times
still wanting to fight? Then I would place mousse at his normal
operating levels he is more used to abuse than shampoo who doesnt
get hit all that often and has been known to go down from not all
that impresive hits. ie a bonbori to the head fallen a foot(despite
the plot device that it was. Then the rest of the cast somewhat fall
down into an order, Genma I think would retain somewhat from his
training if not all. and the others follow him.
4. Ranked by fighting skill.

note this is a list of fighting skill. Mousse is a much better
fighter than ryoga, ryoga can fight ranma do to his strength and
endurance. Mousse has on several ocations outfaught ranma untill
hindered by loss of glasses or other outside force. He is able to
hold his own in man to man fights. See the major fights over shampoo
at the begining when he arives and later when he returns as a duck. 1
Further evidence is when he teams up with ryouga to beat on ranma
hes doing fine untill you add ryouga, he was beating ranma fine by
himself. Also when going to recruit ryouga he faught him to a
standstill as well. a last bit is that in the chrismas specal he was
beating both ryouga and kuno before all three landed in the pond.
even ranma has lost when they team up on him. On the shampoo vs ukyou
I have to go with shampoo as she has been specificaly training her
whole life, ukyou only for most of it. ukyou is known to have
defeated genma, there is that though if genma got back in shape he
would whoop the ass out of just about all of them Thats why he is
rated so high, this is skill level not overall aplication. sides he
does drench ranma regularly every morning. Kodatchi is much more
skilled than kuno as she has actual stratgys and adapts, kuno has his
very limited set things he does well and nothing seems to ever
change. Then comes of course our favorite Akane, who would probably
whoop just about every normal martial artist on the planet, sad that
shes so low eh?
If I included her ability to use magic, Patricia might be at (h) or maybe
even (g). Magic, used properly, can be a *big* edge. :)
I would put her at g with magic. Beyond that though no farther.

C Mousse (hes very very good, and overlooked far too often.)
D Genma (Good, experienced, too bad hes a slouch and lets it slide)
E Shampoo (strenght, skill, years training what more do you need)
F Ukyou ( is a match for shampoo need more?)
G Patrica ( is a gargolye useing magic after all)
H Kodatchi (is a lunatic but a good fighter)
I Kuno (a disturbing man, if imaginitive the world would tremble.)
J Akane (poor girl at the botom despite being absurdly good)
explanations. ranma well duh. Ryouga, :) again duh. Mousse, as I
said mainly because he is almost a match for ranma however overlooked
he is. Genma, when he tries hes good, and splashes ranma every
morning. Shampoo lifetime worth trainng with cologne, Ukyou, very
motivated and beet genma once. I cant see any of the others beating
Patricia in a fight hence her location, kodatchi gives ranma much
more trouble than kuno hence she beets him and kuno (if not actualy
fighting akane) is better than her.
