Mousse: *clears his throat* Can we please get back to the reason we
were here
in the first place?
Akane: Oh, um..sure. Please, come in. *steps back from the door*
Mousse: I cant stay, I have to get back to the Nekohanten.
Ranma: Ok, good enough, Mousse, leave, new chick, come inside, and Mr.
P...if
you value your life, you better leave too.
*Since this is the second time in five minutes that Ranma has threatened
P-Chan, Akane should react with at least a low level of violence (say,
an open-handed slap to the back of the head).*
*Mousse and P-chan both glare at him. Kimiko takes P-chan from Akane's
arms
and studies his bandanna intently. Mousse waves to Akane and Kimiko
and heads
back to the Nekohanten.*
Akane: *leads Kimiko and Ranma back inside and sits on the couch*
Kimiko, this
is Ranma Saotome, my fiance. *Akane and Ranma both blush* Ranma, this
is
Kimiko Hibiki. She's Ryouga's sister.
Ranma: Ryouga's what?!
Kimiko: His sister. He doesn't know about me either. *she looks down at
P-chan
in her lap, who appears to be asleep* Umm..Akane, is your pig ok?
Akane: *takes P-chan and looks at him* Hmm..he seems to have fainted
again.

Ok, now that youve gotten this far, please tell me what you think, and
if I
should continue or not. If I dont get enough replies, I wont continue.
By all means, continue. Few things you should remember:
When Ryouga talked to his dad while Ranma was pretending to be Ryouga's
"long-lost sister, Yoiko", Ryouga's father informs him that he doesn't
know anything about any sister (Manga Vol. 9). Now, even Ryouga
acknowledges that, given the family's direction-sense, it is possible
that his father is unaware that there is a daughter in the family.
If you don't want to get quite that silly, you could also introduce her
as his cousin, ala _Shampoo 1/2_.
Also, you've only given us a little to go on as far as Kimiko herself is
concerned. She is still an enigma at this point, although we do know
that she has a considerable ego (at least when it comes to her looks).
Since she's still an unknown at this point, you should keep in mind the
general advice that applies to all new character fics:
1) The character should have some kind of significant shortcoming, that
causes frequent trouble for her. Kimiko's apparent vanity is a good
start, but only if it actually antagonizes one or more of the female
cast.
2) She should not be on good terms with every character right
away--friendship needs to be earned. Given her relationship to Ryouga,
Ranma should be suspicious of any attempts to get Ryouga and Akane
together. If you are including Akari, maybe she and doesn't get along
with her prospective sister-in-law too well?
3) Don't overload her with power and intelligence. As a NC, she should
start somewhere at the level of the two Kunous as far as combat skills
are concerned (if she's a martial artist at all, that is). A female
relative of Ryouga's probably has the same strength level as, say,
Tsubasa (remember, Ryouga is merely "exceptionally strong" when he first
arrives in Nerima--only extensive combat with Ranma pushes him into the
"ridiculously strong" category). While she doesn't need to be as stupid
as the Kunous, she also should not be able to outfox Nabiki in her
sleep. The vast majority of Nerimites have significant "blind spots".
She should be no different.
Anyway, that's my two bits. Hope it helps.
