Am I correct in assuming the part with Ryouga represents General
Doolittle's raid on Tokyo in early 1942, and Gosunkugi's bit the
invasion of the Marianas towards the end of the war?

If you do decide to continue, will we see anyone end up as a Kamikaze
pilot over Okinawa? I'm noticing a distinctly fatal trend in your story
sequences...
