Whenever an author wishes to use Tenchi in a crossover, there is always a
question of which Tenchi series to use, but there is one crossover that
clearly calls for the justifiably condemned "Shin Tenchi" TV series.

"Sisters, as long as Tenchi is surrounded by this powerful group, our
plans have no chance.  We need to break it up."

"How about a love interest from Tenchi's new college?"

"This Usagi seems to have potential."
