Sorry to ask such a silly question here, but this has been bothering me.
 Is kawaiikune slang for kawaikunai (not cute)?  I'm assuming it's a guy
way to say it?  I see it all the time in Ranma fanfics, but I haven't

Actually the pronunciation of 'kawaiikune' could be chalked up to Ranma's
poor enunciation skills.
