Here are my entrants:

Darth Vader -  Do I really need to elaborate?
Yoda - Fighting style, Use of Light Saber, Evasion (I think he would
probably be out of the way of any attack before it is fully launched)
telekinetics, and annoying voice.
Kwai Chang Kang (sp.) from Kung Fu only so we can his his butt get kicked.
Amethyst - (pre-dates Sailor Moon, American comic) normal teen-age girl.
Actually Crown Princess of magical land.  She was thrown across dimensions
to save her from evil dictator who overthrew her parents.  She is brought
back to her planet of origin when she is old enough to use her powers.  She
uses magic.  Innate ability, no use of incantations or special equipment.
Spells can affect target(s) in many ways.  Many years since I read this.
She had a cross-over with the old Superman, she kicked his behind.  He was
unable to lay a hand on her.
Any BORG entity - enhanced strength, use of shields, any attack can only
succeed up to three times.
The Doctor - Venusian Kung Fu.  Enhanced strength.
