I'm looking for information on Japanese ghosts for my Ranma 1/2 and Rurouni
Kenshin fanfics. 

Specifically, I'm looking for general information (both modern and historical)
on the following:

  1 - vengeful ghosts
  2 - ghosts/spirits which inhabit/haunt inanimate objects
  3 - possession of living persons by ghosts, etc.

Also, does anyone know of any good books or websites which might have
information on the Japanese occult?
