Well for my opinion, tatoos can be view diffrently by ones culture.
some say their bad some good. here in the philippines, well back at
ancient philippines tatoos are view as a kind of social symbol as well
as social status. the more you got, the more your popular..etc. and
women can also have tatoos. i dont know when it come with japanese but
i bet their somewhat related.
hey we were under japanese rule in ww2. alot of our culture is jap
related and infuenced.
