No, they never, ever, say anything remotely like this in the Anime.  
The
Angels *are* trying to get to Adam to evolve to a "higher state".  
This
would create a Third Impact, and that is something Gendou, NERV, and
SEELE want to avoid.  

I was refering to a manga translation I was reading a month ago..
Also they don't want to advode the third impact, they want to control 
it, harness it to there own perposes.

How are they detected....before they attack?

Aperently Nerv has satalites that can detect if an entity has a blue
pattern (which has something to do with blood....)

Nah.  They just have sensors for detecting them.  

I figured that they used satelites to identify angels sinse they did 
with that one from space. Besides satalites count as sensors...

Is there a reason why they attack? I know it has to do with that

eyed
Angel (1st Angel?) but I don't really know why.

The seven eyed 'Angle' in Nerv's basement happense to Be LILITH
/Lithe (I can't remember how to spell her name (or anything 
else..))

reaches the
First Angel.

I'd say the Apocolipes but that requires all four horsemen, not a 
few
renegade angles.....

*bonks head up against the wall*  No.  Supossedly, if the Angel >come's
in contact with Adam, the Angel with evolve to a higher state.  This
would be potentially dangerous to humanity.  How, I have no idea.  

The Apocolipse is the end of all life on earth, the third impact should 
acomplish this, thus involve my bretherine. Besides I was joking!

Also, what the hell is Gendo's hidden agenda with Nerv and Seele?
