Quick summation:   I'm leavin' the list due to personal reasons, the main
one being lack of time.  Thanks to everyone for making this a great forum
for both discussing various anime ideas as well as learning about the
different nuances involved in writing, reading, and commenting on a
fanfic.  I feel that I've grown a lot as a serious anime fan in these
past few months, and that's due to the response I've received on my
various posts.  Domo arigatou gozaimasu.  And don't worry, I'll be back
in a few weeks/months after I get things in order (at least that's the
plan).

To those I'm prereading for:  Private messages will be sent out soon.

The long version:  Basically, the FFML has taken over my life.  I've been
spending upwards of six hours a day going over fics, reading posts,
responding to some (read: "spreading the spam that Tybalt loves"), and
coming up with my own every once in a while.  Not very healthy or smart
considering that contributed to me flunking my math class and thus
endagering my transfer to the university I had previously been accepted
to.  And with my job coming up this summer, I think it's time for me to
take some time out to get my life in order.  Hopefully those of you
younger otaku in school take this to heart, and remember all good things
are best taken in moderation.  

Like I said above, I have learned a lot being on this list during these
past few months.  Listening to the various discussion threads and even
participating in some have been very enlightening and instructive towards
my growth as an anime fan.  I've found a new hobby because of the list --
that of providing C&C.  It's a very fun way to provide thoughts on a fic,
as well as give the author feedback on what you liked and disliked about
his/her fic.  Some of you will be amazed at how much you can get from a
simple discussion with an author about his/her fic.  Very enlightening. 
I discovered that the more C&C I provided, the more thoughtful and
insightful my comments became.  I encourage readers to try it.

Gary Kleppe: When I was just a small, budding member of the FFML, you
were there to provide answers for a curious and often annoying otaku. 
Even now, you've put up with my numerous questions and sometimes inane
comments.  My thanks go out to you.

The Eternal Lost Lurker:  Lurker-san, you've helped to provide a much
needed contrast to my oft-apparent inexperience.  I equate you to being
the "more experienced author" while I am the green newbie who so
recklessly spews forth his ideas.  You restrained from berating me over
my sometimes incomplete arguements, and helped to point out the points I
forgot to address.  My thanks for your patience and understanding.  

Jeff "OneShot" Wong: Thanks for introducing me to the FFML, Jeff.  

Tybalt: Heh, yes you, Tybalt.  I can't really be sure, but as moderator
of the list, I'm pretty sure your job is a bit thankless.  Well, I offer
my thanks to you for helping to maintain the quality of the list.

Anyway, that's about it.  Surprised I'm ending so soon?  *smirk*  I know,
very uncharacteristic, but just be glad I didn't decide to take a few
days to write this up.  ^_^  For those of you who wish to respond, please
do so privately.  Also, my email account will still be up, so don't be
shy about keeping touch, any of you that I've had the pleasure of
meeting.  Thanks for making this a great past three months.  Hope to talk
