No, the floorplan clearly shows one toilet.
It's behind the door on the left as you enter the laundry & changing room.
(It's the door with the "Knock" sign on it.)
Open that door and you enter a little square room with a small sink. The
door on the right leads into another tiny room with the toilet.
According to the floorplan, it's a squating type toilet, sort
of a ceramic oval thing set in the floor. I've never used one, but I saw
them in Japan.
