just an old man's opinion, but "REVENGE" seems to leap out. she probably still
carries a grudge against Happosai from when they were younger. To spite
Happosai by taking away his star pupil, possibly as part of a larger plot,
makes perfect sense in that regard.

oh well, off to find out if/how much jail time/expense those idiots at Bell
Honda are gonna cost me...
