What would that be? I'm writing a fanfic myself in which the Doublet
System plays a part, and I'm curious.

Another AMG fic? I'd like to see your stuff.

Heh. If I ever get past the opening chapter (why is it always the
hardest to write the beginning of a fanfic?) I'll post it here for
C&C and such.

As for the loophole, well,
what happens when a demon influences a mortal to snuff a diety? And if you
can't trick the mortal without revealing yourself- either to the mortal or
to God, you don't deserve to be a demon.

I took it that it didn't matter who the "do-er" was, simply that if a
god (or demon) died of unnatural causes, whoever was linked to that
individual through the doublet system would also die.

This would indeed be a good way to keep the two sides from
slaughtering one another wholesale. But it also has its risks - if
someone were to tamper with the Doublet System, it could cause all
sorts of havoc.

Is this right?

Can't tell. It could be a year before I get to see those chapters in vol
17.

Ah. The description I was going by was on a web page I visited a
while ago. The Relief Goddess Homepage, I think.
