Here's the challenge, something that I've *never* seen done, amazingly enough:
Write a Shampoo gets Ranma story!
I dare you! In fact, I double-dare you! ^_^
It's...SPAMFIC TIME!
Xianpu looked up at the cocky little girl on top of the tournament log
and burned. How...how dare she? Steal Xianpu's prize...her
victory...shame her in front of her family and peers. If only she
hadn't been so overconfident, so sure that no outsider could hope to
take on the Champion of the Joketsuzo. She clenched her fists and made
a choice...
Ranma was still smirking as he hopped down. S.O.P. He couldn't count
the number of times that he'd taken on the local talent with a meal as a
prize. Him and the old man would get a meal out of the deal, and the
top student of the local dojo would get a quick lesson in how to really
fight. Heck, he couldn't remember a single meal that he hadn't had to
steal or fight for, but it was all training. At least this one had
reassured him that even stuck in girl form he could still fight, and
he'd been able to win without actually hurting the rather <ahem> girl
who was slowly advancing, her face impassive.
She turned to head to the old tourist guide and spoke. He paled a
little and translated, "She say...outsider who defeats Amazon girl takes
honour. Is law that outsider must die but...she say...pig-tail
girl is good fighter, earn respect. Xianpu of Joketsuzo say let us join
into one family so Xianpu not have to kill. Let us be sisters and put
back honour where belong."
Ranma thought for a moment, then shrugged and said, "Okay. What do I
have to do?"
The Guide listened to the local warriour for a moment and then
translated, "First must have ritual of cleansing. We take nice
hot bath together!"
Xianpu reached out, grabbed the smaller girl's arm and pulled her off,
ignoring her incomprehensible protests.

There ya go...
Actually though, I do consider Shampoo 1/2 to be a fic in which Shampoo
gets Ranma. She hasn't actually got him of course, but I'd say that's
the way the wind's blowing.
