The problem with this, as I see it, is that Happosai as a villain is
just too obvious. He's also got enough obvious weaknesses that derailing
any plan he has shouldn't be a problem.

So why not turn it around? Have Cologne as the villain, and force Ranma
to go to *Happosai* for training.

The only problem with this is that Cologne's *always* the villain. :P
