The "Copycat Ken" sequence shows Happi and CK glomping Kasumi and Nabiki in
turn (granted, Nabiki gives them both an offhanded pounding)  Maybe he was
emboldened by having a partner in crime.

I had this sequence pointed out to me last summer when I had Ran-chan assert
in 'The Ill-Timed Cure' that Happosai has his limits, i.e., he won't grope
Kasumi.  Nothing like a dogmatic assertion to bring the exceptions out of the
woodwork.
