This is easy to do.

Consider an alternate universe where Mr. Kuonji had a son. Desperately
wanting a girl instead, and not being the stable type, he convinced
himself that little Ukyo *was* female, and raised him to believe it.

Then along come Genma and Ranma. Ranma and Ukyo become friends, and
their fathers make an engagement deal. All's well until Genma peeks
under Ukyo's clothes.

I certainly hope you mean Genma's giving "her" a bath, or something.
Otherwise ... that's _one_ vice I don't remember hearing Genma accused
of before...   :)
