I wrote down these comments as I re-read this story for the first time.
As I look over them, I see that they may come across as more negative than
I really intended. In addition, they make assumptions about the series that
may be completely invalidated by the direction you intend to go (for example,
Ritsuko and the re-awakened Senshi may actually be the villains, which I
could certainly see). Anyway, for what they're worth, here goes.

     An interesting start, but I've got a few problems. Actually, there's
one major problem that I find extremely troubling.
 
     Our narrator notes that "the caffeine from the coffee mixes with the
triptophan in the cream, making for a really nice deep melancholia"?
Excuse me, is this really Saotome Ranma? (Remembers comment about "really
hoping she'd (Akane) take the hint and fill the space with her hands." No,
apparently this is some alternate universe version of our favorite cursed
martial artist, with a completely different personality.) This is my
biggest problem with the story so far. The narrator is named Ranma, but
Ranma, if he was there to begin with, apparently disappears from the story
as soon as Ritsuko's memories are awakened. As far as I can tell, Ranma's
personality (assuming a Ranma resembling the one we know) has been
completely obliterated. Although Ritsuko has his memories, even mentioning
his cat phobia, at no point in the story did I get the impression that
there was anything left of Ranma.  Certainly she acts as if the body was
all hers, implanting electronics and nanites with abandon, breaking her
arm on Ryoga, a mistake Ranma would seem unlikely to make, etc.
 
     The same goes for the senshi, although it's not as glaring since we're
not hearing the story from their point of view. Even though Usagi says,
"last time you were crying because I was a mean, nasty person who ripped
peoples' throats out, and now you're crying 'cause I'm not," I didn't get
any sense of Usagi or Rei acting as if their Earth-born selves had any
influence on their actions at all.
 
     When is this supposed to take place in the respective timelines? Ritsuko
appears not to know about Ryoga's curse, so I assume this is his first
appearance. If that's the case, how did she know he'd been to Jusenkyo?
 
     The other students just accept Ranma attending as a girl? But at this
point in the series, no one except for the Tendos knew about his curse, so
this doesn't ring true.
 
     So now Ryoga is (effectively) cured of his curse, and perhaps of his
inability to get from one place to another. I get the impression that
Ritsuko is winding up Ranma's life in order to move on, which makes sense
in a way. If she's not Ranma, there's no need to worry about any
engagements, or about wasting time learning martial arts, when she's got
other fish to fry. What's the next step, fake her own death and move to
the moon full time? As I said, it would make sense, in a way, but it does
make me wonder: why involve Ranma 1/2 in the first place, if you're going
to kill off Ranma, replace him with a girl we don't know at all, and then
dump the rest of the characters and situations from the series. I don't
know that this is your intention, but frankly it seems the most likely
thing for the Ritsuko we've seen to do.
